I am working with a client who is looking to expand their Service Department with an experienced Service Advisor for their franchised dealership that is located in Edinburgh.

What is needed as a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor.
  • Previous working experience in a Franchised Dealership.
  • Good knowledge of the Motor Trade.
  • Possesses fantastic customer service skills.
  • Able to manage being in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can keep customers updated with progress.
  • Able to upsell service plans and repairs when needed.
  • Can be self-motivated to reach targets and KPI’s.
  • Able to handle and process paperwork and payments.
