Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to come off the tools? Do you have experience of leading a workshop? Are you able to make sure that the workshop is running smoothly? Can you motivate your team to keep them to tight deadlines? If you Have what it takes then apply now.   

I am currently working with a large franchised dealership who is looking for someone that can come into the business and keep the workshop running smoothly and providing a top customer service for their site located In Exeter, Devon.

What is needed as a Workshop Controller:
  • Previous experience working within a workshop.
  • Able to delegate jobs to the right technicians depending on skill level.
  • Can keep make sure Technicians keep to tight deadlines.
  • Able to help nurture and develop apprentices.
  • Can help and give advice on technical faults.
  • Able to prepare and process paperwork correctly.
  • Can deal with customer queries.
  • Able to assist with account and cash sale invoicing.
  • Can keep the workshop compliant to the manufacturer.
