As a Trainee Bodyshop Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the company, assisting customers and providing top-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of the Bodyshop Advisor:
- Welcoming customers and checking in vehicles for repair
- Managing customer communication, from updates to final satisfaction checks
- Liaising with insurance companies about repair timelines and customer needs
- Assisting with the coordination of Bodyshop operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Building rapport with customers to support loyalty and referrals
- Customer Service Skills: Previous customer-facing experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential!
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for quality and accuracy in communication and updates
- Good Multitasking Abilities: Ability to prioritise in a busy setting
- Strong Communication: Friendly, approachable, and able to handle customer inquiries effectively
