Vehicle Parts Advisor required in Weston-super-Mare
  • Starting salary of up to £28,000 per annum pending experience and qualifications. 
  • Bonus scheme up to £4,000 per annum.
  • 42-hour week Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Our client, a large multi-franchise car dealer group established across South Wales and South West England, requires a Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their busy multi-franchise approved car dealership in Weston-super-Mare.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and working alongside a Vehicle Parts Apprentice, as a Vehicle Parts Advisor you will be responsible for:
  • Sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for customer and workshop vehicles.
  • Identifying and meeting customers’ requirements.
  • Greeting customers in the showroom and responding to their requests.
  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels.
  • Receiving parts into stock.
  • Data and document handling.
To be eligible for this role our client requires recent or current experience working with automotive vehicle parts. Experience in a similar role for a franchise-approved car dealership or within a motor factor would be very beneficial. Overall you will be IT literate given you will work daily with a dealer management system and an electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills in a friendly and charismatic manner.
