Our client, a Commercial Main Dealer in Poole, requires a Senior Parts Advisor to lead their parts team. Our client is a reputable business with a strong reputation for quality and customer service.

As a Senior Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You will be the go-to person for all parts-related queries, providing expert advice and guidance to our customers.

The Successful Senior Parts advisor will be:
  • Involved in over the counter sales, both in person and telephone
  • Dealing with busy workshop orders
  • Sourcing and ensuring the control and procurement of the same
  • Stock controls/ stock taking
  • Resolving invoice queries
  • Sorting returns to suppliers
  • Chasing for credits
  • Controlling waste disposal
  • Purchasing of tools and equipment for the workshop
Ideally our client is looking for somebody who has experience within Parts in the main dealer network and some supervisory experience. However, they are also willing to consider Parts Advisors with a stable background and looking for career progression.
