  • Newly Purchased Garage. 
  • Basic Salary up to £28,000
  • OTE's £30,000
  • Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm.
Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and have a knack for automotive parts and service? Join us at our newly acquired garage in Bognor Regis as a Service / Parts Advisor and become an essential part of our growing company.

As a Service / Parts Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers needing service and repair advice. Your day-to-day will involve assisting customers with service bookings, managing parts orders, handling enquiries, and providing efficient and friendly service that ensures an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities as a Parts / Service Advisor
  • Greet customers professionally and assist with service bookings
  • Manage parts enquiries and orders to ensure timely and accurate availability
  • Liaise with technicians and service team to coordinate repair schedules
  • Provide updates and advice to customers on service progress
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer interactions
Requirements of the Parts Service Advisor
  • Previous experience as a Service or Parts Advisor is preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of automotive parts and repairs
  • Proficiency with relevant software and systems (e.g., parts management systems)
  • Customer-focused with a professional attitude
