We are in search of a Paint Sprayer to join our Client’s Bodyshop in Reading!

Our Client is part of a network of Bodyshop Sites across the UK who specialise in Fleet Contracts as opposed to insurance crash repair style work. They are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their team in a bodyshop with a great reputation with excellent in-house opportunities to allow you to progress your career to the next level!
 
Our client is offering the successful Paint Sprayer:
  • Up To £42,000 Salary Depending On Experience 
  • NO Bonus Scheme - NOT A Bonus Bodyshop
  • 4 Day Week!! (Monday To Thursday 6am - 4.30pm) 40 Hour Week
  • Optional Overtime Available But Not Required
  • No Insurance Work - Mostly Fleet Maintenance Contracts
  • Bodyshop Group Environment 
  • 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Qualifications Advantageous, Not Essential - Time Served Paint Sprayer Considered
Duties of a Paint Sprayer:
  • Seeing the job through from start to finish - Paint, Prep, Prime, Polish
  • Carry out all work effectively and within the manufacturer repair times
  • Painting of half and full bumpers.
  • Maintain highest level of customer satisfaction at all times
What our Client expects of their Paint Sprayer:
  • ATA / NVQ Qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within an Automotive Bodyshop environment
  • Eye for Detail
