An opportunity has arisen to join us as a Service Administrator with a highly regarded independent service and MOT centre.
The Service Administrator role is there to assist and support the Service Team Managers and to maximise products and services.
Key Responsibilities as a Service Administrator include:
- Ensure that all filing and scanning requirements are kept up to date
- Take incoming calls and create new bookings
- Support the booking Team by assisting with administration Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage workflow and tasks ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly. Assist in staff members documentation.
- Implement and monitor programmes as directed by management and see the programmes through to completion.
- Generate memos, emails and excel reports when appropriate, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Attention to detail and being highly organised
- Strong Background in administration
- Experience of using multiple computer systems
- Experience of processing invoices would be advantageous but not essential
