- Preparing and priming vehicle bodywork to meet client and manufacturer specifications.
- Mixing and colour-matching paint, applying to repaired areas to a high standard, and polishing as needed.
- Keeping product knowledge current and staying up-to-date with industry standards.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure customer loyalty and referrals.
- Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards within the workshop.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Recognised qualification in Accident Repair/Bodyshop, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer in a busy Bodyshop or accident repair setting.
- Ability to carry out paint repairs from start to finish to an exceptional standard.
- Must have own spray guns and relevant equipment.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
- ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential.
