  • Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 
  • OTE: Up to £36,000 plus additional bonuses 
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am - 1:00pm
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Parts Supervisor to join our clients team at a popular prestige main dealership in Leicester.

The successful candidate will be a senior figure in the parts department, focusing on maximising profitability and achieving business objectives. This role demands a leader who can effectively manage resources, minimise financial risks, and foster a motivational working environment.

Parts Supervisor responsibilities:
  • Guide and motivate a dedicated parts team, promoting a positive, efficient work environment
  • Oversee parts operations to ensure profitability and achieve business objectives
  • Effectively manage stock levels, logistics, and supplier relationships to meet customer demands
  • Minimise financial and operational risks by maintaining compliance with dealership policies and inventory standards
  • Ensure prompt, professional service to support both internal and external customers
Requirements for this Parts Supervisor role:
  • Previous experience in a parts supervisor or senior parts role, ideally within a main dealership or prestige environment
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team, with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, profitability strategies, and resource allocation
  • Committed to delivering outstanding service and maintaining dealership standards
