- Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday & Saturdays on a 1 in 2 morning rota basis
- Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 DOE
Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, bookings, and service updates.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs with technicians, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Provide clear and timely communication with customers about their vehicle’s progress, costs, and any additional work required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a friendly, professional, and high-quality service experience.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Assist in managing the service diary to optimise productivity and efficiency within the garage.
- Uphold the garage’s high standards of customer care and service excellence.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with automotive software systems is preferred.
- A valid UK driving licence is required.
- Competitive salary between £30,000 - £36,000, depending on experience.
