Our well-established client are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their expanding Automotive Parts team within their Car Dealership operation in Enfield. They are seeking a Parts Advisor who has at least 1 years’ experience within a Main Dealership, or similar environment, to join and support the work of their Parts department.

This is a crucial Parts Advisor role to the success of the business, as such, the rewards and career progression they offer set them apart from other Dealerships in their local area.

  • £27,000 Basic Salary / £32,000 OTE

Within this Vehicle Parts Advisor role your typical duties will include:
  • Receiving and unloading new stock and deliveries. 
  • Respond to internal workshop and external customer queries on a face to face basis, phone and email. 
  • Pick and distribute parts for the Technicians within the Workshop, working from job sheets and alongside the Service Advisor and Sales Team within the dealership. 
  • Ensuring a prompt and courteous manner when dealing with customer enquiries, selling the benefits of products and services.
  • Ensure accurate ordering, checking and location of all parts, reporting stock discrepancies and damage to the Service Manager.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all internal and external customers updating records as necessary.
