Known for award-winning customer service, they provide a comprehensive range of transport-related services, including Service, Parts, and Roadside Assistance.
They are seeking a Service Advisor with strong communication and organisational skills, ideally with prior experience in an Automotive Main Dealer environment.

- Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing service bookings and queries
- Provide professional advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely updates on repair progress
- Handle retail invoicing and ensure all required Purchase Order (PO) numbers are obtained
- Obtain customer authorisations for work to be completed using online portals
- Submit warranty and contract claims accurately and efficiently
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Previous experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry is highly desirable
- An ability to handle a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Long-term commitment and the ability to commute to Redhill
