Service Advisor Required in Redhill, Surrey for a Commercial Vehicle Dealership
  • Pay: £30,000 - £33,000 Basic Depending on Experience
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, with 1 in 5 Saturday mornings on a rota
  • Location: Redhill, Surrey
Our client, a Multi-Site Franchised Vehicle Dealership, is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor for their dealership near Redhill, Surrey.

The company is one of the largest dealers for their partnered manufacturer and has been operating in the commercial vehicle sector for nearly 40 years. Known for award-winning customer service, they provide a comprehensive range of transport-related services, including Service, Parts, and Roadside Assistance.

They are seeking a Service Advisor with strong communication and organisational skills, ideally with prior experience in an Automotive Main Dealer environment.

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing service bookings and queries
  • Provide professional advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely updates on repair progress
  • Handle retail invoicing and ensure all required Purchase Order (PO) numbers are obtained
  • Obtain customer authorisations for work to be completed using online portals
  • Submit warranty and contract claims accurately and efficiently

  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry is highly desirable
  • An ability to handle a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Long-term commitment and the ability to commute to Redhill
