Our client is a national fleet maintenance provider, with a head office and workshop based in the Rochester area, they have an excellent reputation within the area, known for their Jaguar and Land Rover specialism alongside DPF cleaning.  They are currently seeking a Vehicle Service Advisor to join their expanding team. They offer a customer-centric approach, and an excellent service to their Clients across the UK.

They have a successful service operation and due to an acceleration of business require a Vehicle Service Advisor.

They are currently seeking customer focused individuals to assist with ability to sell the benefits of the business the looking for an experienced Car Service Advisor preferably with an interest within the Motor Trade.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate.
  • Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
  • Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
  • Manage the handover and administration of loan vehicles. 
  • Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.
  • Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
  • Maintain relevant systems always ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.
What our client expects of their Service Advisor:
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Have a good attitude to work at all times.
  • Strong organisational Skills
  • Ideally experience within the automotive sector
  • Strong customer service skills
  • An understanding of Vehicles and common issues
