Our client, a large franchised dealership group with a strong presence in Kent, is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join their team in Tunbridge Wells. Representing a well-respected and popular brand, they pride themselves on a strong market share, excellent stock availability, and a customer-focused approach.

This role would suit experienced Transaction Managers, Sales Controllers, Business Managers, or those with similar experience in the motor trade who are process-driven and have a proven track record in leadership.

Duties of a Transaction Manager with our Client:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for finance and insurance products
  • Implement and manage robust sales and referral processes
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to build loyalty and repeat business
  • Support a team of six sales executives to ensure all customers are fully aware of the available products and services
  • Provide industry-leading customer care while ensuring all deals are compliant with FCA guidelines
  • Use modern digital tools to enhance the customer journey and create an all-encompassing sales experience
What our Client Expects of their Transaction Manager:
  • FCA Accreditation (essential)
  • Strong finance and insurance ability, with a proven track record
  • Motor trade experience is essential
  • Exceptional customer satisfaction and communication skills
  • Process-oriented, with experience working in a compliance-regulated environment
  • Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and follow up on customer leads
  • A proactive attitude and ability to maximise every sales opportunity
  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferably clean)
