This role is ideal for an experienced Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, or Assistant Service Manager ready to take the next step. - Lead and oversee the Service, Workshop, and Parts teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff in alignment with the company’s talent programme.
- Drive departmental performance by meeting and exceeding KPIs and brand standards.
- Manage workshop efficiency and maximise productivity rates.
- Plan and monitor department budgets to achieve quarterly and annual objectives.
- Maintain financial and operational controls, ensuring compliance with group and manufacturer standards.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes.
- Ensure all warranty procedures are accurately followed, with timely recovery of payments.
- A proven track record of leadership in a Main Dealer environment, ideally within a prestige dealership.
- Strong technical knowledge of motor vehicles.
- Experience using Kerridge DMS or similar systems (preferred).
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve shared goals and exceed expectations.
- Excellent organisational, budget management, and communication skills.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Full UK driving licence (preferably clean).
- Reside within commutable distance of Portsmouth, Hampshire.
