Service Advisor Required in Woolwich, South East London Salary and Hours:
  • Basic Salary: £31,500 per annum
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000 to £53,000+ per annum
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (45 hours per week), plus Saturdays 8:00 am – 12:30 pm (1 in 3, paid as additional hours)
We are currently working with a respected and established Car Dealership located in Woolwich, South East London. Renowned for their outstanding customer service and commitment to quality, they are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
  • Customer Interaction: Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent communication and a seamless service experience
  • Job Scheduling: Organising and managing service appointments efficiently to maximise workshop capacity
  • Upselling Services: Advising customers on additional services and products to enhance their vehicle's performance and longevity
  • Quality Control: Liaising with the workshop team to ensure work is completed to the highest standards and providing timely updates to customers
  • Invoice Management: Preparing and explaining invoices clearly, ensuring customer satisfaction
Your Profile as a Service Advisor for our client:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to upsell services in a professional and customer-friendly manner
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems and software
