  • Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings
  • Prestige Brand Main Car Dealership environment
  • Access to full manufacturer accredited training/development.
  • Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required
  • £2,000 pay rise once accredited with manufacturer (9 months normal timeline for accreditation)
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our Client's well-established Prestige Branded Main Dealership at the Watford area. 
 
Our Client is looking for the right person to take pride in their position, drive the sales, increase the customer based and deliver excellent customer service!

Package on offer for the Service Advisor:
  • Up To £32,000 Basic Salary + £10,000 bonus
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings
  • Prestige Brand Main Car Dealership environment
  • Access to full manufacturer accredited training/development.
  • Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required
  • £2,000 pay rise once accredited with manufacturer (9 months normal timeline for accreditation)
Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Drive the business, increasing in Sales / Profit and maintaining your working environment to a high standard
  • Booking customers in the diary
  • To match and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Paper work processing
  • To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
Requirements needed of Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience within a Service role (Garage or Dealership)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Kerridge experience advantageous
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
  • Trade knowledge and sales skills
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
