  • Basic Salary: Up to £35,000
  • OTE Circa £40,000!
  • Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, Saturday Mornings on rota.
A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Service Advisor at our client’s busy independent garage and MOT Centre in Colindale, North West London. This is a very exciting opportunity to be part of a busy and rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
  • Providing a proactive service to customers, scheduling their vehicles for service, maintenance, or repair work.
  • Managing reception duties, including greeting customers and arranging courtesy vehicles when necessary.
  • Liaising closely with the workshop to track work progress and keep customers informed.
  • Ordering parts and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives to promote the garage’s services.
  • Upselling additional products and services where applicable.
To Be a Successful Service Advisor You Will Need:
  • Proven all-round experience in reception work, marketing, and parts ordering.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organisational skills and IT proficiency.
  • A valid driver’s licence is essential.
  • Recent or current experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry is advantageous but not required.
  • Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles is preferred.
What Our Client Is Offering the Successful Service Advisor:
  • Basic Salary up to £35,000 p.a (dependent on experience).
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
  • Saturday Mornings on rota 8am - 1pm
  • Up to 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
