Commercial Parts Advisor Required in Alyesford, Kent! 
  • Salary: £31,000 per annum + OTE £33,000 - £35,000
  • Hours: Shift Rota
  • Early Shift: 7:00am – 5:00pm
  • Day Shift: 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Late Shift: 1:00pm – 10:00pm (Late shift pays an additional £10.00 per day)
  • Saturdays on a rota:7:00am – 11:00am or 8:00am – 12:00pm (paid at 1.5x basic hourly rate)
  • Callout on a rota: £50.00 extra per week, including use of a van for the week
Are you an experienced and customer-focused Commercial Parts Advisor looking for a new opportunity? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team, supporting our commercial vehicle clients with the right parts and exceptional service.

As a Commercial Parts Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers, managing parts enquiries, orders, and deliveries efficiently and accurately. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and help meet customer demands in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Commercial Parts Advisor:
  • Handle parts enquiries and orders, providing excellent customer service.
  • Source and supply parts for commercial vehicles accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and manage inventory levels to meet customer and workshop requirements.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient parts distribution.
  • Take part in the callout rota, providing out-of-hours service as needed.
Requirements as a Commercial Parts Advisor:
  • Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role, ideally within a commercial vehicle setting.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.

  • Competitive basic salary of £31,000 per annum.
  • Overtime and additional pay for late shifts, Saturdays, and callouts, with realistic OTE of £33,000 - £35,000.
