  • Starting salary up to £33,061 per annum pending experience plus £5 a day lunch allowance.
  • 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Service Advisor to join our client's independent automotive service centre situated in the South Gloucestershire region.   As a Vehicle Service Advisor you will work alongside a Service Reception Manager as well as a workshop team and shall be responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service, maintenance or repair work. You will greet customers into the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress, keep customers informed of progress, source and supply parts for the workshop team, and carry out where possible upselling of additional products and services.  

In order to be eligible you will ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of the South Gloucester region (the business is easily commutable from either Gloucester, North Bristol, Stroud or Cirencester) and will be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Very strong organisational skills along with IT literacy would be of high priority. Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor within a similar business would be highly advantageous however is non-essential provided you have a strong track record in customer service/sales/hospitality and a basic mechanical understanding of vehicles. A UK driving license with minimal points is however essential.
