Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working with a small and friendly team, as a Bus/PCV Engineer your key objectives will include:
- Repairing and maintaining our client's fleet of buses to a high standard (mostly Volvo but also Mercedes-Benz, Scania, and Alexander Dennis).
- Assist in the fault diagnosis process.
- Comply with warranty procedures during repairs and with warranty material on completion of a repair.
- Road test vehicle when required (if holder of HGV/PCV licence)
- Ensure that all vehicle defects are reported to the Engineering Manager.
- Adhering to Health & Safety policies.
- Attend vehicle breakdowns and or/accidents as and when necessary.
