Service Advisor - Kettering Main Dealer
  • Basic Salary: Circa £28,000
  • OTE: £30,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 5:30pm
  • Saturday mornings on a rota

Our client is a reputable main dealer looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their growing team. They are a family run business with over 20 years in the motor trade and  pride themselves on providing exemplary service to their customers.

This role is vital in managing customers concerns and queries whilst handling there automotive needs. 

The Service Advisor will be required to:
  • Handle customer enquiries.
  • Communicate to customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Informing customers on the maintenance of their vehicles and any price or time estimates.
  • Liaising with the mechanics to provide customers with updates on their vehicles
  • Up-selling customers with additional products or services.
  • Admin duties.
