Reporting to the Head Office Accounts Manager and working as part of a small friendly accounts/administration team from our client's head office, your key responsibilities will include:
- Making supplier payments.
- Answering supplier phone calls and emails.
- Processing and scanning daily invoices.
- Statement reconciliations.
- Covering Team member roles when required.
- Dealing with company vehicle penalty charges.
- Any general ad-hoc duties.
