- Salary: £24,000- £26,000 DOE + £30k Annual expected earnings for this trainee customer service position
- Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday + breaks, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9am - 1pm (soon to increase to 1 in 4, paid as overtime)

About the Role As a Trainee Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will receive full training from experienced Service Advisors and supportive management to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced dealership environment. Key Responsibilities as a Trainee Service Advisor
- Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and via phone
- Assist with the coordination of vehicle servicing and repairs
- Communicate with customers about vehicle updates, repairs, and additional work required
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and manage call-backs
- Assist with parts ordering, vehicle check-out preparation, and customer follow-up
- Support the team with complaint resolution and administrative tasks
- Comprehensive Training & Career Development: Start as a Trainee and develop into a fully qualified Service Advisor with manufacturer accreditation
