  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (30-minute break)
  • Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years as a Panel Beater
Are you a skilled Panel Beater looking for a stable, high-quality workplace? Join our clients family-run team in Crawley, West Sussex, where we specialise in high end crash repair work such behalf of dealership of prestigious brands in the local area. Our client has built a reputation for quality since 2008, and they don’t cut corners in the quality of their work - their reputation is everything and want you to be part of their success story.

You’ll be stepping into an established role, replacing a long-serving team member who’s relocating out of the area and cannot commute to the job for the long term. We’re looking for someone with the skills to fill those shoes and maintain the high standards our client is known for in the local area.

Your Responsibilities of a Panel Beater with our client:
  • Panel replacement and pulling out dents.
  • Prepping panels (primed and ready for paint).
  • Working with aluminum and steel using their modern tools, including a dent-pulling machine.
  • Occasional restoration work on full strip-downs, though this is not part of the day-to-day role.
Tools & Equipment Provided by our client:
  • Spray booths.
  • Welders.
  • Steel and aluminum dent-pulling machines.
