We are currently working on behalf of a Leading Specialist Service Centre in the Newbury area. This company has decades of experience and pride themselves on providing a great customer service and open and honest communication. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to complement their existing team.
 
They are looking for an experienced & customer focused service advisor to join their team delivering excellent customer service, with the ability to build a great rapport and work well within a team. 

Our Client is offering the successful Senior Service Advisor:
  • Up To £36,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5.30pm ONLY
  • No Weekends
  • Independent Prestige Specialist Environment
  • Must Be A Strong Up-Seller, Key Communicator, Confident In Hunting For Work
Duties of a Senior Service Advisor:
  • Booking customers in the diary
  • Seeing customers in and out
  • Preparation of Job Cards
  • Organising Collections and Deliveries
  • Paperwork processing
  • Preparation and Completion of Invoices
  • Drive the business by increasing in Sales / Profit and maintaining your working environment to a high standard
  • To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
What our Client expects of their Senior Service Advisors:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally with German brand experience 
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
  • Trade knowledge and sales skills
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
