Our client is seeking applicants to work closely with their existing workshop team to assist in the continued running of a successful department.
If you have a proven track record of workshop management and are looking for an opportunity within in a thriving dealership our client wants to hear from you.
Duties of a successful Workshop Controller with our Client:
- Assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop.
- The role will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resources of your team.
- You will assign a team of Technicians to tasks, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to at all times.
- Previous experience of workshop management - this can be from working as Workshop Controller or standing in for the Workshop Controller when they are away
- You will have exceptional communication skills
- Full valid UK driving licence.
- The ability and willingness to lead a busy workshop team and to be able to maximise performance.
- A basic salary c. £30,000 - please get in touch with your requirements.
