Our Main Dealer client based in the Heathrow area is looking to hire an exceptional customer service professional to work as a Sales Administrator within their team.
 
You must be a very well-presented individual with a professional yet warm and friendly manner.  You will also have impeccable organisational skills and be very easily able to multi task in what can be a very busy showroom.

Our Client is offering the successful Sales Administrator:
  • Up To £27,000 Salary
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm (40 Hour Week)
  • No Weekends!
  • 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Family Run Dealership Environment 
Requirements of a Sales Administrator:
  • Support the administration department
  • Ensuring the relevant person/manager is located and advised of their arrival.
  • Answering incoming calls in a professional way and transferring the call through to the correct person.
  • Making a sure the showroom lounge area is an inviting and pleasant environment i.e. music / magazines / cold drinks and hot drinks machines are catered for.
  • Taking details and handing out brochures when required.
  • Creating Job Cards for the Service Department.
The successful Sales Administrator candidate must have an excellent attention to detail not only with themselves but everything around them so the customer has a flawless and memorable experience!
