Our client, a well-established leasing company, is seeking a skilled Bodyshop Prepper/Painter to join the team at their Wellingborough Prep Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Paint Sprayer / Prepper:
  • Prepare vehicles for painting by performing necessary sanding, masking, and priming.
  • Mix and match paint to ensure a perfect color match.
  • Apply paint coatings using spray guns and other painting equipment.
  • Inspect and finish painted surfaces to meet high-quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements of the Paint Sprayer / Prepper:
  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Prepper/Painter.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential.
