- Location: Newtown
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 08:15am-5:30pm, Saturdays 08:30am-12:30pm on a rota
- Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus
Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
- Provide full support to the Aftersales Department.
- Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone, ensuring professionalism and politeness.
- Book vehicles into the workshop and arrange service loan vehicles.
- Generate customer invoices and process warranty claims.
- Collaborate with the Parts Department as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, ideally within an automotive environment.
- Highly organised, enthusiastic, and willing to ask for assistance when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both telephone and face-to-face.
- Team player with a drive to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Full UK driving licence.
