  • HGV Class 2 Driving License Advantageous, If Not Will Put Through 
We are seeking a HGV Technician to join our Client's Family Run Independent HGV Fleet Workshop in the Bracknell area. Our Client specialise in a variety of work within the Automotive Industry. The work ranges from Commercial Vehicles, to Plant Hire, and Agricultural. They are a family run Independent Company with a small team in the workshop (under 5 people) with a long-standing history dating back 50 years, so it is vital they have the right attitude and want to feel valued as part of the team and not just a number!

Our Client is offering the successful HGV Technician:
  • £19 Per Hour
  • Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm (45 hour week) with plenty of overtime available 
  • Overtime paid at x 1.5 Monday - Friday & x 2.0 on a Saturday afternoon / Weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Independent Family Run Business - small close-knit workshop where you will feel like part of the family and not a number in a Dealership!
Duties of a HGV Technician with our Client:
  • Performance of all maintenance services according to the manufacturer's instructions and according to the maintenance schedule.
  • All visual inspections, adjustment operations, adjustments, operating fluid changes and additions, replacement of worn equipment.
  • Responsible for repairing and servicing of Commercial vehicles booked into the workshop.
  • Diagnosing faults on  HGV's
What our Clients expect of their HGV Technicians:
  • HGV Class 2 Driving License required
  • City & Guild / NVQ or equivalent HGV Qualifications
  • A stable background working with HGVs
  • Full UK driving license
