- Basic Salary: Up to c. £32,000 Basic Salary
- Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 - NO WEEKENDS
What are they looking for?
- Previous experience in the Motor Trade is necessary for this role.
- Mechanical experience preferred.
- Previous Workshop Controller/QC experience preferred.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- You will be working on the front desk for a busy automotive business so you will be able to multitask whilst maintaining performance.
- If you have managerial experience and can help out in other areas of the business, our client will look at hiring you as a Service Supervisor on a higher basic salary.
- This will be a varied role, so you must be prepared for anything.
- Communication skills must be outstanding as well as good organisational skills.
- You will be handling all customer enquiries, and be the main point of contact for both the workshop and the customer.
- Manage the handover and administration of loan vehicles. Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.
- You will be on the service reception desk, so you must ensure that all custom is put through the system provided. This must be done quickly but efficiently.
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed to company guidelines. These must be processed correctly, and logged onto the system if required.
- Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.
