  • Basic Salary: £27,500 + Bonus + Overtime + Saturday Pay 
  • OTE: Circa £34,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings 
My client, an excellent main dealer in Silverstone, are now looking for a Parts Advisor to join their aftersales team. You'll be working in a state-of the art dealership with a great team and supportive management. 

They are know for providing expert service to their customers making sure they have a top notch experience from start to finish. You'll enjoy a friendly team atmosphere, where supportive management fosters personal growth and development. Your contributions will be valued and recognised within their close-knit team.  

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the aftersales team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles
  • Handling inquiries, orders, and deliveries,
  • Utilising systems to check stock availability, process orders, and generate invoices.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements for a Parts Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
