Car Sales Executive Required for Exciting New Dealership Project

Our client, a forward-thinking dealer group, is launching a brand-new dealership in Chiswick. This is an incredible opportunity to join a start-up environment backed by an established dealer network.

Hours for this Car Sales Executive role:
  • Monday-Tuesday: 08:30-18:00
  • Wednesday-Friday: 08:30-19:00
  • Saturday: 08:30-18:00
  • No Sundays initially (to be reviewed after a couple of months).
  • Five-day workweek with one weekday off. A rota ensures flexibility, including later starts on longer days.

Responsibilities of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Welcome and assist customers with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them to the perfect vehicle from our diverse stock.
  • Conduct engaging test drives and showcase vehicle features.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on our vehicles, promotions, and services to provide expert advice.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to secure repeat business.
  • Manage paperwork with precision and efficiency.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the dealership’s success.
Requirements for this Car Sales Executive role :
  • Proven experience in car sales or a similar retail sales role.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A knack for delivering exceptional customer service and handling negotiations.
  • A self-starter attitude with the drive to succeed in a high-energy environment.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and local market is advantageous.
