I am currently representing an Independent Used Car Dealership based in the Verwood, Dorset! This is a very rare role for the area and is likely to go quick so do not hesitate to apply today!

My client is looking for a skilled automotive vehicle technician to join their busy workshop and undertake the servicing, diagnosis and repairing of customers vehicles.

Our client needs an experienced Vehicle Technician with at least 4 years experience in the motor trade and a level 3, or equivalent, in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

  • Accurately and skillfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles.
  • Accurately diagnose problems and ensure all work is completed safely and complies with the Company, manufacturer and industry guidelines.
  • Record materials used and time spent on repairs
  • Road test vehicles to check repair work
  • Pick and deliver vehicles to be repaired by external specialists.
  • Complete Auto Electrics on components in the vehicle
