  • Basic Salary - £17 - £20 an hour (flexible, depends on experience)
  • Plus personal efficiency bonus (time saved)
  • Working Hours: Monday To Friday only, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Our Client, a well established Automotive Accident Repair Centre in Daventry, is looking for a skilled Panel Beater who can demonstrate drive, commitment, and enthusiasm along with the willingness to contribute to the team.

They have an excellent workshop team, working a manager who has brilliant experience. Everyone at the site has a great attitude towards collaborating and working together to achieving a great result. 

The ideal Panel Beater will have:
  • Experience Panel Beating in a bodyshop/accident repair centre. 
  • Ideally ATA Qualified, will consider level 3.
  • You will need strong communication skills, a positive attitude toward problem-solving along with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • You will be expected to take ownership of the delivery of your work and be able to recognize opportunities to provide a service/do business.
You will need to be confident when working independently and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Being a good team player is essential in this Panel beater role; you must be able to communicate to a high level to ensure the smooth flow of work through the Automotive Workshop, liaising with your colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and in most cases exceeded.
