Sales Administration Supporter required in Westbury, Wiltshire.
  • Up to £23,000 basic salary depending on experience.
  • 37.5 hours per week 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Sales Administration Supporter to join our client’s multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealer group based out of their head office in Westbury.

In this Admin Support role you will be responsible for: 
  • Managing site mail by sorting, opening, distributing, and sending post accurately to employees and customers.
  • Handling business-related speeding fines and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Managing stationary orders for the wider team, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery.
  • Maintaining up-to-date vehicle administration, including tasks such as tax expiry tracking, changing vehicle keepers, and updating registration books.
  • Weekly updates of spreadsheets with accurate and relevant information.
  • Leading office housekeeping efforts, ensuring filing and records are kept audit ready.
  • Answering phone calls, assisting with queries, and directing them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Providing support with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
In order to be eligible our client is looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through a highly organised approach to administration. You will approach this role with a commercial mindset and will work effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes are in place and maintained.
