As a Parts Centre Manager, you will oversee the operation of a dynamic team, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, achieving business objectives, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities as a Parts Centre Manager:
- Drive the team to meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
- Create and maintain a customer-centric culture.
- Devise sales strategies and implement departmental goals.
- Monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and take corrective action when needed.
- Develop and implement Personal Development Plans for team members.
- Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and ethical guidelines, including warranty processes.
- Analyse market data and develop sales opportunities.
- Maintain the security of stock and premises.
- Strong automotive parts management experience.
- Background in a sales environment with vehicle manufacturers or automotive parts retailers (preferred).
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Sales-focused, results-driven, and highly motivated.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic Salary: From £40,000 - £48,000 + OTE of up to £10,000.
