As a Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Conducting vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing to a high standard.
  • Ensuring first-time fixes by using your expert knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Performing MOT tests (if qualified) and advising customers on necessary repairs or recommendations.
  • Collaborating with your team to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • To be a fully qualified Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic, ideally to City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, preferably in a franchised dealership setting.
  • An MOT Tester license (preferred but not essential).
  • A passion for delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.
  • To reside within the Croydon, Surrey area or have reliable transport to commute to the dealership.
