- Basic Salary: £37,500 + Bonus
- OTE: Circa £47,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturdays (1 in 3): 8:30am - 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities of a Service Manager:
- Leading the service department in a clear, considered and appropriate manner.
- Manage the resources available to you and achieve the required business objectives.
- Ensuring that your team has a good understanding of the strategic direction of the business
- Complying effectively and accurately with systems and processes
- Consistent adherence to the service experience, ensuring that every element is executed, with a balanced approach to customer service and business outcomes
- Maintain a great standard of customer service excellence
