Our client a well-established niche business specialising in Commercial Vehicles & Agricultural equipment, are seeking a Parts Advisor to join their site in the Kings Langley / Watford area. Our Client is offering the successful Parts Advisor:
  • Up To £26,0=500 Salary Dependent On Experience
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5.30pm ONLY
  • NO Weekends
  • Agricultural & Ground-Care Specialist Environment
  • Previous Automotive Parts / Stores Experience Required
  • 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Duties of a Parts Advisor:
  • Sourcing of parts for customers
  • To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
  • To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service, and promote customer satisfaction and CXI rating
  • To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay
What our Client expects of their Parts Advisor:
  • Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organisational and administration skills
  • Full and Clean Driving License
