We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a dynamic and supportive team.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers, managing their service and repair needs with professionalism and efficiency. From booking appointments to liaising with the workshop and updating customers, you’ll ensure a seamless and positive experience at every step.

Key Responsibilities in the Service Advisor role: 
  • Greet customers and handle service bookings with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Liaise with technicians to coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs.
  • Provide customers with clear updates on service progress and costs.
  • Prepare invoices and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving any queries or concerns.
The successful Service Advisor will have:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with invoicing and customer records.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
