Our Client is looking for a Aftersales Manager in the Leeds area. This will be a secure role at a successful business and applicants need to have experience of being a Aftersales Manager. 

For this Aftersales Manager role you will need:
  • Proven experience as a Aftersales Manager within the automotive industry.
  • Full UK License. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of automotive service processes, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to the role
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving continuous improvement
For this Aftersales Manager role you will be: 
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy Aftersales department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery - over 20 members of staff across all departments. 
  • Lead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise service department profitability
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing outstanding service and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
The successful Aftersales Manager will get:
