  • Up to £35,000 Basic Salary plus bonus
  • Monday To Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm / Saturday Morning rota
  • Rapidly Expanding Independent Garage
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client’s busy Independent Garage in the Camden, London area. 
 
They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing a first point of contact for enquiries within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.

Our Client is offering the successful Service Advisor:  
  • Up to £35,000 Basic Salary plus bonus.
  • Monday To Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm/ Saturday Morning’s on rota
  • Highly Performing Independent Garage 
  • 28 Days Annual Leave
  • In-house Ongoing Training
Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • Customer-focused – first point of contact
  • Dealing with all customer requirements
  • Booking in services, MOTs, and repairs
  • Working as part of a team
  • Completing any administrative duties required
  • Strong communication skills, as you will be the main contact for all transactions while a customer's vehicle is in the workshop.
What our Client expects of their Service Advisors:
  • Previous experience within the trade
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
  • Trade knowledge and Advisor skills
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
