Vehicle Technician Needed in Warwickshire
  • Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on skills and experience
  • Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings)
Our client, a well-regarded, family-run independent garage, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their growing team at their Rugby site. They cater to a wide range of makes and models and provide opportunities for progression, including training on specialist equipment.

Key Responsibilities as a Technician With our client:
  • Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as directed by the Workshop Supervisor.
  • Complete all related administration tasks in line with workshop processes.
  • Ensure the workshop area is clean, tidy, and adheres to safe working practices.
  • Assist in maintaining workshop equipment to ensure it remains safe and reliable.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Contribute to maintaining a productive and efficient service department.
Requirements for this Vehicle Technician Role:
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a workshop environment.
  • Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent 
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work methodically and in an organised manner.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
