- Truro Area
- £25,000 Basic Salary with a £47,000 OTE
- Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role.
You will be selling new and used vehicles and products, meeting agreed sales volumes whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer service at all times.
Responsibilities of the Selling Sales Controller include :
- Contributing to Sales team volumes and targets – actively selling vehicles and building relationships with customers
- Manage and maximise all incoming leads and maintain regular and effective prospecting for new business
- Striving to improve finance penetration across new and used sales
- Strong performance on value added product sales
- Making sure transactions are paid in full / finance activated with correct documentation by utilising your strong attention-to-detail
- Ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines
- Understanding and consistently improving individual KPI measures
- Supporting the sales team to ensure maximum performance
- Reporting to the Sales Manager, aiding the performance of the sales department to maximise profit
- Complete & track monthly reporting on sales performance across the dealership including essential KPIs
- Second facing where required to assist the sales team to maximise opportunities
- Support others around the business by performing to the best of your ability
