Bodyshop Workshop Controller Needed – Warwickshire
  • Location: Coventry
  • Salary: Up to £31,000 basic, plus bonus
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No weekend work)
Our client is a long-established body shop with over 20 manufacturer approvals, including Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Aston Martin. Renowned for delivering quality and precision in vehicle repair, they are now looking for a dedicated Bodyshop Workshop Controller to join their team as they continue to expand.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough vehicle inspections to ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.
  • Validate repair work for accuracy, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with repair teams to address any discrepancies found during inspections.
  • Ensure all work adheres to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
  • Conduct final quality assurance checks electronically before vehicles are returned to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality checks.
  • Stay informed on industry standards, manufacturer updates, and quality control methods.
  • Proactively identify vehicles requiring quality control and prepare them for final inspection.
About You as a Bodyshop Controller
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of reviewing job cards and ensuring all requirements have been met.
  • Proof of right to work in the UK.
  • Valid driving license.
