Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Carrying out full vehicle services and repairs to manufacturer standards.
  • Handling brake, clutch, and timing belt replacements with confidence.
  • Stripping and fitting engines and gearboxes like a pro.
  • Diagnosing faults using cutting-edge diagnostic tools and software.
  • Ensuring the workshop remains organised and efficient.
If you’re MOT Class 4 & 7 qualified, that’s a bonus—but if not, don’t worry, we can help you work towards it!

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
  • A Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both customers and colleagues.
  • A desire to grow and expand your expertise, especially in diagnostics and auto electrics.
