MOT Tester required for a Main Dealer in Birmingham
  • Basic Salary- Up to £30k basic (DOE)
  • OTE - £35,000+
  • Hours - Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) 40 hour week with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
MOT Tester required to join our clients join our Dealership in the Birmingham area.

Our client is one of the largest privately and family-owned motor retailer groups in the UK and is seeking a skilled MOT Tester to join their dealership and carry out MOTs to high standards.

As an MOT Tester you will have the following responsibilities:
  • The main responsibilities would include MOT Testing
  • You will be trained and able to operate additional systems
  • Complete all paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
  • Working closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge.
  • To work within DVSA framework.

As an MOT tester you must have the following:
  • You must have a valid class 4 and 7 MOT testing licence with DVSA and have an up-to-date annual training record and passed the assessment.
  • Previous experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician and brand accreditations would be beneficial but not essential as brand training will be provided.
  • Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety and quality
  • Full Driving licence.
